Additional Information: So I was looking for a web developer and he quoted me $150 for my project, he wanted me to pay in advance and refused to take a middleman https://imgur.com/a/wUxyRcZ so I sent him $50 https://imgur.com/a/nKnQuO6 and he basically never replied after that https://imgur.com/a/UyjLahD . I'm trying to get in contact with him but he's not responding, the guy is still active on c.to and he's bumping his thread like nothing. I told him I need the project done ASAP. I'm now working with another developer so I don't need his service anymore and I want a refund.
