Additional Information: We made a deal wherein if mirale caused me to lose a few hundred on a casino bot, he would partially reimburse me within 3 weeks, and I would split some of the profit if I won. He owes me 0.005 BTC at this point and I haven't been paid.

Yet wheres your proof. For anything reading this thread and taking his side, let me ask you a question. Have you seen any proof? All he has is a recording of me making a joke but no contract, or anything.

Stack, taking this to court wouldn't do you any good, you wouldn't even be able to.

He's also claiming that someones swatting me. I dont even know the user nor have i never talked to them beforeso i'm guessing Stack had plategod (user that supposedly swatted me) swat me. His attempt failed and I told stack that, now stack's saying he's going to notify plategod to do it again. (proof down below)

He's posted my dox on this thread but deleted it when he was notified that you cant post a users dox unless they're banned. (proof down below)

I also need to add that he owns the bankroll. He has access to the bankroll wallet and all the funds. He lost no money while gambling on the casino bot. He asked for gambling calls so I gave them to him. Nothing about owing him if he lost, or anything.

I've never swatted anyone nor have I ever instructed anyone to swat anyone. I will add this to the case as it is slander.

mirale has already admitted that he said he would pay me 5K bits if he made me lose the money, and he did. Whether he thinks it is a 'joke' or not is irrelevant. He owes me the 5K and that's final.

By that logic you could call any trade deal a 'joke' and not get banned, lol.
