Additional Information: I ordered a config, i asked for capture, i paid extra for the capture, once i sent the money to OP, he delivered the config, one day later i found out the capture is broken and the config would be unusable without the correct capture since i would have to manually go through hundreds of accounts to find working ones.

He was extremely responsive before receiving payment, after he received payment, i spent one whole month waiting for him and bumping our chat on telegram. he said "he was busy" for one fucking month.
