Additional Information: I ordered about 5 days ago most of the cards were already dead after opening a multitude of tickets without response I finally received a response after 3 days without response, the person takes a long time to respond and then ends up sending me replacements that are I want to say ALL dead again, got some balance too ordered and cards dead again, so I wish a refund.
