Additional Information:
I went to their website and created an account for it.
After that I bought the 10 euro server, payment was through coinpayments. Everything worked, payment was accepted and i got the server.
I luckily even took a screenshot.

This clearly shows that the registration date is may 17th and the next due is june 17th.

Everything was good until a few days went by,
Then I no longer had access to the server panel and i was greeted with this:

I was very confused at that point, so I go check my mail.
Mail showed two mails by coinpayments which tell me that theres a new payment and the second one was that the payment timed out.
Weird thing was that when I sent the cash it was
To a completely different btc address and the payment didn't fail since i did actually get the service at first.
I opened up a support ticket which didnt get an answer, so i waited a bit. But still no answer.
So I either want a refund or access back to the panel.

most likely you opened it twice and you read the wrong email (the timed out one) also it always happens in coinpayments, there's one time I lost like $120 for buying on an ecommerce shop

Payment was confirmed and i recieved the bought item. Access was taken away from the panel after a few days tho. Even crazyrdp showed that the payment worked. But now even the history that tells me it was paid, is completely gone.

[sorry for responding]. Since I am a close friend, I just wanted to leave a message about this dispute.
As you might have noticed, CrazyRdp's last visit is months ago.
I am sure Crazyrdp wouldn't scam you for just a few bucks. Have you tried creating a new ticket on his site? Or did you try reaching out on discord?
