Additional Information: he deleted the chats but luckly i had some screenshotted as i was complaining about him to my partners

He provided a sample which was good , 3.5% hitrate i agreed to pay 100$ for each 100k lines of the same quality and he even agreed to do a mm incase the hitrate was lower the deal was invalid
then to save the hustle i paid 100$ directly without a mm , he sent 100k lines
Different hitrate , different quality , full of duplicates and unhashed passwords , full of ratlogs links etc , no where near the first sample he provided .
i sucked it up and checked all lines and they were fair i wouldn't complain
then i paid 100$ for another base (which he said it would be from the same base)
and he sent me some lines that after i removed duplicates and cleaned the links ended up with 50k lines , he said he will send another 50k
but when i started checking them , they are no where near the first 100k lines , he said he will send a new 100k in the morning (today)
today
he sent me 100k lines , after i checked them for duplicates from the older they turned to 90k lines , he said he will send 10k replacement
started testing the data , it wasn't bad but no where near the first 100k or the test sample and he claims they are the same base
he said ok and sent another 100k lines , which i checked for duplicates against the samples and the bases he sent till now , and was left with 55k lines
he said he will send 45k lines as replacement , but same thing again , the lines arent as close to the other ones , he cleared the chat when i asked for refund
whats bugging me is , if he had the 1mil lines as he claims there wont be this much duplicates and he would provide them since it will make him 1k$
but thats beside the point .
then he started raging when i was complaining about the data that clearly isnt what was under our agreement.
he told me to go ahead and post him and he doesnt want to deal with me while i was asking for the basic requirements we agreed upon
im asking for a refund for 100$ for the 2nd base that i wasnt provided , he can keep the first 100$ even tho the 100k didnt meet the samples nor was the same base
