Additional Information: Unfortunately I have to open a dispute against Butterfly. I initially contacted him to do a chargeback for me via Wise. Wise has rejected the claim and butterfly was unable to provide clear guidance on how to proceed further. I have warned him already that if he stays unresponsive I have to open a scam report, which I am doing now. We agreed to a 30% fee of the total order with a 50% pre payment, which is 175$. Note: The chargeback did not even start yet, and Butterfly started in July (!). Honestly I do not care anymore about it and do not want to proceed further. He is posting daily in his channel but refuses to take care of ongoing orders, very disappointing. If more proofs/screenshots are needed let me know.

Hello, after the chargeback was rejected by Wise, my lawyer filed a complaint with BaFin. I informed the client that I could not refund them for my services because the process had already begun, the lawyer had been paid, and it was taking longer than expected. The client did not object to this, and I promised them a discount for my services when everything was ready. Because this process is individual for each client, I can only give an estimated timeframe for completion. My assistant posts to my channel, and I fulfill each order in turn. I am continuing to work on this chargeback and will let you know when there is an update. Right now, it looks like I was paid for a project that is almost complete, but the client simply wanted a refund and will subsequently receive a positive chargeback. I would also like to point out that I offered a deal in mm or prepayment, which shows that I have no intention of deceiving anyone. I value each and every one of my clients. Thank you in advance for your time.

I understand that you may have had costs, and I know your intention wasn't to deceive, but you just can't run your service like that. You basically ignored me for weeks and left me in the dark over and over again. The ECC-Email is now one month old already and still without a reply from you, I don't even know if the case is still open, so the chargeback officially didn't even start yet after two months. This would've all been different if you had been responsive and clear from the beginning. You also told me you would be more active from now, a promise that you broke. I'm gonna let the admins decide whether this is a valid reason for a refund/service cancel or not.
