Additional Information: Worked at the start, however expected a normal upgrade, not one I will have to make a new account and change credentials and etc. This wasn't explained by him and he just claims it's lifetime, then even after being told I want a refund because this isn't normal - lasting less than a week and expecting me to make new accounts for his stupid trials. Then just stops responding and providing any service whatsoever.
