Additional Information: He claimed that he is a experienced and professional dev, it seems like he uses free templates & wordpress in his work. He said he will develop my website for 300$, I paid him 100$, then he never started, he said he was working on other projects, After I annoyed him a little bit he claimed that he already started. But, never wanted to send even 1 proof of coding my website or doing any work. I have enough proofs of this guy is involved in Multi-account & scamming but that's not my business here. I hope you refund to me @TrixDev and we will be cool.
