Additional Information: He was working as my PayPal holder (and has paid me before), his PayPal got limited because he received a dispute from the other person he was holding for and my $532 got frozen in his PayPal for 180 days due to the limitation, after these 180 days he blocked me on discord. I will be messaging my specific customers (that paid to his pp) to chargeback so he is going to lose the money anyway.
