Additional Information: I approached the seller previously for a test of his combos and he provided me with a sample, however they did not work as well as I had hoped so I moved on. He then approached me again some time later asking if I wanted to purchase his combos, but I mentioned I had already tested them before. He assured me that these new combos were `better`, so under that premise, I decided to purchase a 250k list (as that was the minimum you could buy).
As you can see from the screenshot, when testing on a very easy target (should generally return a lot of hits), I only received 7 valids out of 250k lines.

I asked for a refund or replacement and he said he would provide me with a replacement in a day or two. It has been almost 2 weeks since I asked for a replacement/refund and have been ignored on multiple occasions, despite seeing the seller active on the forum. I don't care a huge deal about the money, but this is poor communication and handling from a seller.
