Additional Information: The seller promised to provide IPv6 proxies for Microsoft networks at $225 per week on their website and forum thread (2k threads). However, when the proxies were delivered, they did not work even for a simple site like example.com. I realized the seller lacked knowledge in this area and demanded a refund. Initially, the seller agreed to return the money within 4 hours but then attempted to set up automatic deletion to prevent the buyer from noticing and is actively ignoring my messages.

I have written my side of the story, yet, I will try to talk with the customer and try to handle it peacefully outside the dispute room. He might be asleep due to the current time (as much as I know him in last two days). He will be available in 5-6 hours from now, if its unresolved outside I will put in my side of the story.

Short note: I paid 2 users, from cracked, as I posted a request on forum and on the chatbox for some users to test the v6 proxy on their term and everything worked well on their side. Its an error on the users RDP/PC. Even though I would like him to test on a different RDP, if he declines I will be sure to post proof of the contacts who tested them, also if anyone else would like to test it for the certain of security I will also welcome them.

At most I would really love to solve this without causing much fuss on the dispute room.

Kindly wait on for my next response. Anyone willing to test/assist can add me over telegram @SpamAssassins to make sure the proxy works fine and well.

Ok finally a response from your end. well i just want to understand why would you ghost me after we agree that your proxies are not working which i displayed to you over screenshare and you agreed to refund me and requested 4 hours as you didn't have enough funds.
Then why try to set autodelete for 1 day so it can just autodeletes and then i have no proof of this deal ?

Provided the user with multiple tests, for some reason (either his DNS is blocking my proxy server IP) IP auth doesn't work (which might not be the case) even though the User:pass works, although I am sure its not an issue from my end. I will post some of the users who tested that the same sites works on their PC/System but not on his, IDK why. Asked him to use a different RDP but declines.

Also a thing to note, I personally told him IPv4 works with hotmail as all of my clients use that, but he insisted on IPv6 on which I thought he might have rogue or a v6 checker which he doesn't, I tried providing him a cracked version but unfortunately that would require my login details which ofcourse I cannot give, so that was a miss from my side. 

He is trying to check hotmail with a config idk using v6 proxies which cannot be true.

Why I cannot refund, I pay sum to proxy providers, once a server been deployed dedicated to a user, unless its not working they won't accept me telling that I don't need the proxy server and wish to cancels it and get a refund into my balance, ofcourse that the same case with me.

But I also provided the user with a gift offer that if he tests up the proxy on a different system and it works, then I am willing to give him 11 days instead of 7 as a token so he remain as my client. I have again sent a DM to the user, waiting for his reply.

@RandomHazzy I have given a lot of users to test the proxies and they worked. The same domain works on my PC and two others, its just on your PC, either its your DNS problem.

I will provide the test to this same domain with the same proxy in few hours as I am on mobile at the moment.
