Additional Information: Since he didn't respond to my messages over 3-4 hours, I have contacted him from my other phone numbers and when I asked regarding how long delivery takes, he replied 15 minutes. At that point, it seemed very much off because he wasn't replying to the phone number I originally contacted him yet he was replying to messages from potential buyers who he would also try to scam. After I reported his thread and left him a negative reputation, apparently he went to my profile and left a negative rep with a comment saying "I'm the scammer and such" yet I have the evidences. I also have purchases from the sellers which I can also show as evidence and can be seen from the voucher I have left to the +1 vouch I did on different sellers threads.
