Additional Information: So I bought he's bot like 1 week ago (1month license), and today I realize it that I don't have time to do that (also he's bot is a shitty one), first time I asked on he's chat (because he didn't had any ToS about that) if someone want to buy a license with 23 days left, he replied me that I'm not allowed to do that, therefore I didn't tried anymore and I spoke with him about a partial refund. At this time he tried to find excuses and he didn't know what to say anymore, first time he said that I tried to resell he's software and because that he can't issue the partial refund, then he told me that I don't have a reason for a partial refund..also I would like to mention that in that time I asked him about ToS, where is wrote that he will not refund and where is wrote that you can't sell a license key, because I was not trying to ruin he's business or something like that, also it's not resell because I didn't tried to sell he's software more than 1 amount, was just my license key, I just wanted my money back, anyway, after 30 minutes of asked him about tos, he gaved me a html link with something about tos, idk from where he had that link, maybe he created one in that time when I asked him about tos, because on he's discord server he didn't had any ToS and now he put he's friends to -rep me    Also these kids are overreact about reselling

sorry for commenting here but this report is invalid because if you dont have time doesnt mean the seller has to refund you. you can still use the bot and its in perfect working order. if not then you are eligible for a scam report. saying you dont have time is not a valid reason to get a refund.

User tried to resell his license in public chat. 
If needed I will unrevoke his license, but refunding him is complete bullshit, considering he used the bot & tried to resell it.
He's just trying to get a refund for "NOT HAVING TIME TO USE THE BOT", which is absolute bs and i could use the same logic when purchasing an e-book.
"I don't have time to do the method, may I get a refund?" It does not work like that.
I'd appreciate if this would be resolved and the -rep from him calling me a scammer would be removed and also from Z33 who tried to resell my other product, -repped me and got banned.
I know the rules and reselling someone elses product without any sort of permission or reseller license is absolutely not allowed, we are working up to 13 hours a day on the bot and I absolutely do not appreciate people like you ruining all our work just because "you don't have time to use the bot" .

The rdps we used to provide on our discord were part of a partnership (and as such reselling was allowed) however we do not provide them anymore and we are now providing self hosted RDPs (not resold at all)

Either way your last argument is completely invalid as there was explicit permission to resell those RDPs.

Also I revoked your license to prevent you from trying to resell it. As you have no need for it (due to lack of time) and your only objective seems to be to resell it I don't understand why you should be allowed to keep your license.

As I said, you didn't had any ToS about your bot, about refunding and stuffs like that, also I did not tried to resell your software for my profit, it's not a resell, I just asked if someone was interested because I wanted to leave botting, after you told me that I'm not allowed to do that I didn't tried anymore so stop with this bullshit about "reselling" because you don't know what are you talking about, also this thing, using your friend to -rep me, really? this show off how kid you are, so instead of come with excuses, because your bot is bad, full of bag s... and you know that, would be better for you to refund because this is a scam, you revoked my license and you didn't refund my money.
