thats not his fault, its upto him what he want to offer either a refund or replacement. however if it gets locked again due to your paypals, thats not his concern. he is selling ebay and not paypal accs, i have used stealth ebay accounts for years, you dont have to link your paypal, just enter a paypal email on the listing page and it works fine.

He said he will provide everything he didnt provide a source of PP accs thats the main point. There is no way to know which will work and which not. He claimed these things not me.
Also yes I didnt linked the PP just put on the listing email box...

If you order a PS4 that says everything is included in the box, then you expect that everything is included... If something is missing then thats the sellers fault and it was false advertisement.

I bought a PP account from a reputable seller, followed MrKronos's steps, bought what he said I need to buy and did everything else what his guide recommended me to do, supposedly it was the PP that locked the account but once again I cannot stress this enough that this is just an assumption, nobody knows what was really the cause of this, but anyway what else could I have done better given the current situation? Because there is just nothing else, if we assume that it was the PP acc then it still doesnt matter because it was never defined what is a "good PP" source so I found a source that was reputable enough to be trusted and this was the best bet since there is no way to know all this for sure.

So once again, yes he didnt claimed it will come with a PP account but he did claim that I will be able to sell with the account and also that it will come with everything in order to be able to execute selling, which should have contained either the instructions (how to not get locked with a given PP) or a source to get a "good PP" account that will work 100% with his account to be able to sell.

Hey Sir, for that replacement i need extra 24 hours bcs i back from holidays and i don't see your messages. That type 1000/25000$ limits accounts is rare and i need time for stable, save and getting all infos. I don't wanna see second message like "oh no something not working hehe". I dont care about the replacement until I see proof about the accusation, otherwise there is no point to this whole thing and like he said in a proud way anyone can say anything.
