Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 50 DC sets ( 300 codes) worth $130

Additional Information:
I did 2 deals with the seller before.
Once for 1 set of codes ($4.60) and another time for 10 sets ($46.00) which have been successful and codes were valid.
After deciding to do further business with him as he seemed trustworthy, I have prompted him to lower the price so we can do a bigger long term deal.
He accepted and we agreed that I will buy 100 sets for $260.
It was agreed that I would send 50% in LTC first after which I would get 50 codes, then we would do that another time in order to complete the deal.
After sending 50% of the deal's worth ($130.00) the seller has decided pull an exit scam and kicked me out of his telegram vouch group and blocked me from contacting him on telegram.
