Screenshots of Communication: He did not show full conversation, I also can give roles in me and my partner's discord to show that its his unique ID, and that he blatantly lied in the dispute. Proof he received the food: https://imgur.com/a/79W0aLS
Additional Information: He admits the food was dropped off at the front in the screenshots. He was also not even there at the time of arrival... after the fact of saying we "scammed him" again the ticket is still there with all messages linking to his actual discord with his unique ID. Lion got banned 1 month ago now with no resolution all because he wanted a refund for an order that came and he devoured. And opened a deal dispute on someone he didn't deal with when he knows he received the food.

You were the one cropping images, every other customer in the server includes in the screenshots the add ons. You did not so therefore its your fault, your job is to include everything inside the order in the screenshot. Our job is to place the order we don't prepare the food at the restaurant. I'm not gonna invite you back to the server for you to delete the conversation out the ticket making us look bad when in reality you caused this, by showing cropped images and screenshots. You didn't expect us to still have that ticket opened thinking we would delete it, now that's only gonna hurt you because we have the proof and nothing to hide. @ jin
