Iriginally complained on March 4 and It was replaced on 8th March - https://ibb.co/wQ8tj0r

Then he didn't complain its not working and continued to chat and suddenly on 13th complaining it's not working again and then asked for a html letter - https://ibb.co/1mNSYYk

I said letter is $25 and as I didn't agree to do it for free user opened a scam report - https://ibb.co/dKdGTqC

Full chat log can be provided if needed.

I assume user got smtp banned after replacing and it worked on the day I replaced and he didn't complain back then.
Also price is $10 not $12
