First of all I contacted them on telegram. No response for over 3 days now. (we've been talking few days before purchase. you can see that on screenshot)

I sent messages on a shiftproxiy.io too (more or less 3 days ago):

None of these messages got an answer. I am done waiting

Few days before purchase I contacted DataTouch to test their Datacetner proxies. I have to say these proxies were INSANE. High CPM, kinda 0 lock rate. I was so hyped.
Few days later (when I finally got crypto, since they don't acctept stripe) I wanted to purchase their proxies. Friend told me that it's better to buy 3 days instead of month, because some time ago he got a test from them which worked fine...but after purchase proxies were totally different. Only because of that I decided to test it one more time with 3 days sub.
After purchase proxies were not working on my target. BEFORE it was insane (while testing). Few days later (after purchase. this time using premium pool instead of trial pool) it has 100% ban and much lower CPM (3/4x lower)? I don't think so.
I've been waiting for answer. I wanted to fix this issue somehow. But since there is no answer idc anymore. I just want a refund.

So you raped a website using the proxies, then you get surprised the pool gets banned?

You should look into buying residentials, as datacenter isn't what you need then.

Trial pool worked fine. For me if something works during testing it should work with "premium pool" too.

And no - I don't need resi. As example Luminati (currently Bright Data) Datacenter proxies works great.

for me not a big difference. My target silent bans proxies for 15minutes after 10 failed checks.
Quick calculation gives results that about 10k proxies would be enough to keep checking alive 24/7.

While testing a trial pool everything worked fine. there were 100% hitrate (because I've been checking combolist I created and I knew how many hits is there).
After purchase it gives 0 (0!) hits. It means all proxies are banned all the time (I've been checking it few times while waiting for answer from you).

As I said I've been waiting 3 days for answer to fix it somehow. Maybe give me access to trial pool or anything. At least I've been waiting for a chance to TALK. But I am done waiting now.
@Liars  take care of that. close dispute if somehow you think it's my bad. Ask him to refund if you think I am correct

@Kishek It is not datatouch fault, as he never said it is for your target. The proxies can be still be used. Not his fault that the website is banning proxies. Therefore, this is solved, closed.
