Bought a "premium seat" for reduced rates for $2500. Attempted to place several orders:
Tried to order Car rental at three different locations (enterprise)
Tried to book SIX different hotels in TWO different cities
Tried to book flights on two different airlines (American + Delta)
Every single order failed, even though I was requesting most of these six days ahead of the flight/reservation date. Now the seller is refusing to give me my money back. Obviously I understand sometimes these services fail, but every single order failed. Eleven separate bookings, all failed. If you can fail every single time, and refuse to refund, then no one should engage with this seller or buy this service.
Before purchasing, I asked them directly if they can book on US airlines, specifically delta and american, I was told those will work, and was told hotels work through booking and expedia, and rental cars through rentalcars.com . I used all the requested booking websites and every single reservation was failing.
Not only did every single reservation/booking fail or get cancelled, I was told my flights weren't booked less than 24 hours before the flight time, screwing up my entire business trip. The people running this are either incompetent or malicious.
Maybe it works sometimes but I had all ELEVEN orders fail in a row, so if you are going to use them, do not use them for anything important, they clearly do not care, and do not buy any subscriptions because they will refuse to refund you for their own incompetence and worthlessness.

They are also too stupid to spell the word "compass" correctly
I will update this if they decide to do the right thing and refund my money for the subscription where I paid them for every single order to fail.

After making another reservation, within the appropriate timeframe, for a hotel in Cozumel Mexico, booked four days ahead of time, with three hotel options available (Typically they ask for one hotel and one spare, for two total), they have failed again and did not book anything, and are still refusing to refund my payment. The seller has been banned from nulled.to for this case already
