Additional Information: After a couple of weeks, my Figma upgrade stopped working, so I asked for a fix. He said he would fix it, but he has been dragging this out for weeks, ignoring my messages. He then asked for my Figma login, which I cannot provide since it’s linked to my personal Google account. I am requesting a refund because the seller shows no signs of being willing to fix the issue, and I no longer want to deal with him.
