He already confirmed pp disputes were accepted before in this dispute. On the first 1-2 pages

@Darkness yes accounts were fixed, but 4x refunds were pending out of 2 disputes that were closed in my favour, 1 ongoing, and 1 refund still not yet started. He can refund refund them or it will take months to get the disputes settled from PayPal.
