Additional Information:
I bought Spotify individual upgrade from the seller and before that i asked him if there will be any problems because im from germany and if podcasts will work aswell and he said it will work. So i payed via giftcard because he do not have pp and after delivery i noticed that podcasts arent working like he said. I asked for help and it came out that he didnt read correctly and that podcasts arent working because of the method he used (different region). I asked for a refund, but he said he can only refund when i give him my account because its prepaid or he can give me a vpn so i have to use a vpn everytime i want to hear a podcasts. This is not what i paid for and i want to keep my account. Then he said its my fault for asking 2 questions in one messages and that he can only refund me that way. I asked for another solutions with a free netflix upgrade which i could give to a friend, to get my money back that way, which he also didnt agreed on.

before explaining anything, i told him if the whole subscription not working i can refund without asking for anything, just check the SS

i explained to him, the subscription on your account and will work in germany
as i told him many times you sent 4 questions in one message and i said it'll work yes it's working in germany(the only thing i meant is it'll work in germany because he asked many question in one message and he knew he was wrong not send each message in a different message) (also he knew about the subscription process because he been scammed few days ago by a seller in this forum), and he sent the screenshot which showing the subscription is working and showing (Individual Premium) so it's working.
also i offered him a (refund, vpn, good discount) but he rejected them and he keep asking for free upgrade, wtf dude i used my real card, real money and now i need to lose the money? Mods/Admins you can clearly see the Subscription is working and prepaid for 12 months (Individual Premium)
also check my screenshots and you can see i offered him refund instantly but he rejected them and clearly he just want a free upgrade.
he sent $25(on sale) and he want free upgrade which it cost $25
so i'll lose $50, because of the Upgrade is work, what joke,wtf
the only thing if mods/admins want i can do for 4rd solution is refunding %50

I want to clear this up because some things are being presented incorrectly.
 

1. The problem is not that Spotify “works in general”.
   Before paying, I clearly asked if:
    
   • the subscription would work properly in Germany
     
   • podcasts would work as well
     
   He said yes. That was the reason I bought it.
   
2. After delivery, I noticed that podcasts do NOT work.
   The seller later confirmed that this is because of the method / different region used.
   This is not a small detail — it’s not what was promised before payment.
   
3. The offered “solutions” (using a VPN every time, giving him my account for a prepaid refund, etc.)
   are not what I paid for.
   I don’t want to use a VPN all the time and I don’t want to give away my account.
   
4. Saying that I asked multiple questions in one message doesn’t change anything.
   The questions were asked and answered, and the answers were wrong. Also it was like 2 questions in one message and not 3-4 like he is saying. (See the full conversation in the screenshots)
   
5. I did not ask for a free upgrade.
   I only asked for:
    
   • a working subscription like promised, or
     
   • a refund, because the service is not as described.
     
6. Payment via gift card was his request, not mine.
   I still tried to find fair alternatives, but those were rejected.
   
7. The claim that I “knew the process” because I was scammed before is not correct.
   Yes, I was scammed before — that is exactly why I was looking for a replacement and contacted this seller in the first place.
   The previous case involved a different seller who offered a long-term Spotify upgrade that stopped working after a few months.
   Until it stopped working, everything worked normally, including podcasts, and that seller was later banned from the forum.
   I do not know anything about the technical creation process, and I never claimed to.
   Being scammed before does not mean I knew or accepted this seller’s method.
   
8. Everything above is clearly visible in the chat screenshots I uploaded, including my questions before paying and the later explanations.
   
9. The Netflix upgrade was only a proposed solution so I could get my money back via PayPal.
   I was not asking for anything for free, I only suggested offsetting the $25 I paid as compensation because the service was not delivered as promised.
   

Summary:
What I received does not match what was promised.
I’m not asking for anything extra , just:
 

• what was agreed on, or
  
• a full refund.

asking axyel or anyone for help is meaning your just a loser and just wasting time with a long explaining, i explained everything is first messages to mods.
i don't need need to repeat all words like you, mods/admins are smart and they'll read all words, repeating them is just meaning you just want to make the situation deeper.

At this point this is being misrepresented on purpose.
He knows the issue exists and that podcasts don’t work because of the method he used, so now he’s trying to shift the focus and make me look like a scammer instead.
The Netflix topic is being intentionally mixed in, even though it has nothing to do with this case.
Mods can already see the full chat history, which clearly shows what I asked before paying and what was promised.
I have nothing to hide.
I can provide the complete chat and also the full conversation with EarthOwner, who is the seller that actually scammed me before.
Trying to discredit me doesn’t change the facts.
The screenshots already show what really happened. I provided the entire chat as screenshots, not just selected parts to make it look like I’m in the right.

This is not true and I need to correct that. I was not scammed 2–3 times by different people. I was scammed twice by the same seller, EarthOwner. That’s it.
Saying I “open disputes for working products” is misleading. Yes, Spotify Premium shows as active, but podcasts do not work, which he himself said is because of the method / region he used. I rejected the solutions because:
•    using a VPN every time was never part of the deal
•    giving my account away is not acceptable
•    partial refunds or replacements don’t fix the issue
Insults and mocking don’t change the facts. I already uploaded the full chat, not cherry-picked screenshots. If needed, I can also provide the full chat with EarthOwner.
