He told to wait upto 7-15 business days, upto 17 January at least,
he don't come online for few days already, so it looks he exit scammed.
Crypto address for a refund:  he knows it, but I don't think he will come to pay
p.s.:  please, add all his IPs from IP history and his email address when he get banned
