Additional Information:I topped up $10 via Stripe on the seller's platform (Anosim.net) to purchase phone numbers for SMS verification purposes. The seller's website clearly stated that all numbers provided were non-VOIP.
Upon testing the numbers:

• Coinbase and other crypto services consistently flagged them as VOIP or low-reputation numbers.
  
• None of the numbers worked for successful account verification.
  

I contacted the seller about this problem. The seller was evasive, claiming the problem was due to my setup/errors on my end. I have experience with this process and confirmed my methods were correct, the numbers simply did not meet the advertised non-VOIP standards.
Since the service did not function as advertised and I could not use it, I requested a full refund of the $10. The seller refused, falsely claiming they "cannot withdraw/refund amounts less than $15." However, the payment was processed through Stripe, which fully supports partial and small-amount refunds directly from the merchant's dashboard.
