Additional Information: I bought a blackbullet configuration on January 23 and it didn't work from the first moment I tried it, i sent a message to the seller to inform him, but he never responded to my messages, nor did he accept me in discord, wait a few days thinking that he was busy but now the sales thread was removed and the seller continues to ignore me completely.
