Additional Information: Everything is mentioned in the chat screenshot. He sold me 20$ per month proxies for 40$  (was asking 20$ more) which he was using himself which he didn't clearly told. First he denied that he was reselling later told he is reselling from a guy. Giving mislead info. Proxies he gave are datacenter static proxies based in Russia and told me they are EU or mix.

Basically the first thing is.I sold him 20$ proxies for 60$ as i buy them from a guy for 30$ myself and sold em for 60$ and thats how reselling works and 2nd thing is the provider told me they are Eu and mix so i just told him the same and 3rd thing he just told mehr needs proxies for Caseys and these proxies were 15k cpm on atlantis .I dont know how he is calling reselling a scam lol

Casey's isn't my only target and proxies are russian. Giving false info and selling anything is scamming lol.
