Additional Information: Seller delivered a 21kb file claiming to be apk for the revolut program. Parse error on three different android devices. Thereafter, he contacted the developer to fix the program and after claiming it was fixed he did not resend the file. Wanted to send the IOS version but didn't. He replies once a day and then goes missing. Repeatedly for many days. He did not refund nor did he deliver, and he deleted his thread.
