Additional Information: Bought his telegram bot 2 days ago, it still not working. said he would include everything needed for it work, but it still not working. first he said it problem with account, then with the bot itself, and now it account problem again. says my account is limited this is BS for couple of reasons. 1. i can forward message manually in large amount without problem. 2. The account has no restrictions according to TG. 3. Tried multiple accounts. The bot not working properly. and this point i would love a refund.

@drivebikes I have taken a look that the video it seems to be telegram rate limit. They limit the account per 30 mins or so. I will not make him refund. As you got the product that is describe to you. Solved, closed.
