hello! I bought the radiant service, at first it annoyed me to wait a lot to receive it, but it was understandable, I had many tickets and it was only him, then he turned to open tickets and ping to receive the accounts and then to open many dms and tickets to receive the otp and when I finally have the accounts, almost all of them fell in less than 48 hours. As it says in their policy, I can receive a refund, but they don't answer me and they close the tickets, so I am forced to create a dispute in order to obtain the refund and he can see this message from here, since he literally guarantees the upgrade but I invited a friend to buy adobe and also my friend's adobe account was blocked in 1 hour, so he also requests a refund through ticket and other people, but I believe this is a dispute to obtain my amount since it is the largest purchase and I let myself be guided by the vouch by clients

2) Envato costs $50 & 1pass $15 , total $65 and you are asking refund of $234 ? all other upgrades are free ?
