Bought a 50$ mastercard gift card on ping.fo and the card never worked , asked for a replacement or refund almost 6 times now and none of your staff or you replied , bumped the chat so many times on telegram , your website support chat and the external support chat which is redirected from your website. Just either give me a refund or replace it.
