Additional Information:I asked user explicitly before buying what do you need for the method. He said paypal account linked with bank only and NOTHING ELSE (those were his exact words). After buying method, he says that you need kyc verified account for a specific crypto exchange as well. (Also it needs to be from a specific country. He says just use a vpn of that country and create an account of any other country which clearly shows he's never tried the method himself lol.)
When I confronted him, he said it says on his thread that you need to be able to do kyc bypass. But because in our chat he said you need nothing else beside paypal, I assumed it was for verifying paypal. His exact words were you need nothing else beside paypal + bank.
Crypto address for a refund: He's not going to refund. Dude seems like the kinda guy who would ruin all his business relationships over 20$. This is still 150$.
