It doesn't mention anything about what you needed. Also it says it doesn't require any investment. Contradicting what you were saying to the user after he sent the amount.

@covido refund the user. Do so within 24h. And either change your thread to include additional information, saying the users do need an investment before hand or inform them via telegram BEFORE PAYMENT
