Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Nitro Yearly (w/Boost) = $40 BTC

Additional Information: Bought a year nitro with boost like on 5th March 2021, after 3 weeks the Nitro was revoked. I asked told him, he asked for proof (which was shown), he then says he can't refund or replace cause his supplier scammed him. How is that my issue? He already admit it's his fault that he didn't told me about his supplier or if these were not legal Nitro. He says he can't do anything which I have nothing to do with but I would need a refund or replacement, I don't stand for this type of crap. He definitely would have profited from the deal or why would he have done it, beside he is constantly selling stuff on his shop so he should be able to arrange the amount (more than 2 weeks passed since we was told).
