Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $400
Screenshots of Communication: can DM
Additional Information:
Crypto address for a refund: will DM

Time stamp of happened.

Nov 21 - I inquired about Apple refund if its hots and he confirmed it is hot and I placed an order

December 4 - We agreed on $400 for the fee for each phone and he confirms it will not take a month to do the refund.

December 7 - Got the replacement confirmation and paid him the same day for $400.

December 12 - Got the second confirmation for the second replacement for iPhone and paid him another $400 that day

December 18 - The day that the second replacement iPhone comes but it got sent back to Apple for some reason.

December 19 - Jan 12 - Is just back and forth of me begging him to do something about it. and contact apple and see what's really going on.

JAN 8 - He claims his busy with some "problems" that's why he couldn't reply

December 19 - he claims that "I had surgery yesterday and I was a bit busy" so he couldn't reply.

December 24 - he told me that apple will send me an replacement once again

Jan 13 - He told me that "The apple sent the iPhone, it’s not my fault that it was sent to another address" and "2 replacements were sent from apple, my job is done"

Jan 14 - I personally called apple and asked why it got returned to their facility. Apple told me that UPS investigated about the situation and they confirmed that my items are getting delivered, They suggested that I should call my local authorities and file a police report.

So here I'm right now I'm loss for $2,xxx.xx because he didn't refund my order and paid him in the total of $800.

Now I just want the other $400 that I paid for the second replacement that I didn't receive, and no refund that he promised.

Let me explain the situation.
We agreed that the payment would be 400 CAD for each replacement confirmed by Apple.

The first replacement arrived without any issues, and the customer paid as agreed.
After that, I called to get the second replacement. At first, Apple told me there was a delivery problem — they said UPS had sent the package back and that Apple would ship another one.

Later on, when I contacted Apple again to check the status, they told me that the device was actually delivered. This wasn’t mentioned to me by him.
When I asked about it, he said it might have been delivered to a different address or something like that.

On Apple’s website, both replacements clearly show as confirmed.
From my side, my job was simply to make sure two replacements were approved and sent by Apple, and I did exactly that.

Second replacement was delivered but not on my address as apple reversed it, I could provide the tracking number that UPS provided that proves that it got sent back to apple department. I mentioned in December 18th that it got delivered on a different address not mine.

I spoke with Apple Support on January 13, and they told me that the item was delivered, and that was the final status on their end.

My job in this was to make sure two replacements were sent by Apple, and I did exactly that.

At this point, I’m just waiting for the staff to look into it and decide who’s responsible in this situation.

That is true it got delivered one thru my address and one got delivered back in Apple, because UPS investigated and found out and they had to re re route the shipment because they found out about your method. can also provide the tracking number of the second shipment to prove that I did not receive the second shipment.
