Additional Information:I had made a deal with this kid to build a website. He promised he’d do everything exactly how I wanted. He said it would take 7 days, but then he sent me the site the very next day lol that’s when I realized it was just a premade template he found online, probably some free public one. I didn’t say anything at first, thought maybe he could still make the changes I needed

But then, he asked for extra payment just to make the edits lmfao. Like bro, I already paid you to get what I asked for in the first place. And just now, during a chat, he threatened me and said he’d put me on some kind of blacklist. Then he blocked me on Discord.

All this coming from a 13 y. old who thinks he’s a gangster but probably still shits his pants 

it's amazing there are several other services that this guy is connected to, I'm sharing this here because more people should be careful, I want them not to be scammed, you should be careful with these services, this guy has about 3 services and cooperates with all of them discord name : Chaoseye

First of all, we made the website fully from scratch and not what you claiming. First of all he asked to make a website similar to a reference he provided and we did. then he said he don't like no more and want website cloned to another website and we actually deleted and started from scratch. Then again he said he dont like colors..etc and want a fresh new theme and that was just way too over the limit.
We do provide free revisions/changes but that was way too much and then he started insulting and become disrespectful and in our T.O.S no disrespect will be tolerated also we have no refunds policy.

I did let him choose 1 of 3 choices.
1st we keep working project with the details provided but with not extra changes
2nd he pay extra and we keep adding changes/revisions
3rd stop the project





Then the user became so aggresive and disrespectful had to ban him and blacklist from our service. Also he is not getting a refund as claimed by our T.O.S we do not provide any refund if work already started.

Since this kid didn't make the site, he probably bought it ready made and doesn't even know how to code, so he wants to get paid because he said he would finish the site in tele if I paid me x2, that is, 300$ more per payment, and I think he wants to scam me 300$ more.

I'm open to resolving this transparently and fairly. I'm even willing to invite a forum admin into the ticket/chat so they can read the full context from start to finish.
Unfortunately, after the user was blacklisted from our service.

Throughout the project, the client requested multiple complete design changes not just small tweaks, but full redesigns. Originally, we agreed on a specific design, but it was scrapped after the client changed their mind. Then we started over again with a second version, and again, it was dropped because the client wanted something new they found later. This happened more than once.
 
At the start, I provided a realistic quote for the work involved, but the client declined due to budget limitations and pushed for a maximum of $600. Despite that being far below the typical rate for such a complex project, I accepted out of goodwill.

I offer free revisions within reason, but the volume of changes requested became excessive and time-consuming. We politely asked for a small extra payment to account for the repeated redesigns, which was not honored. In my opinion, this was a case of scope creep. a client asking for significantly more work than was originally agreed upon, without additional compensation.
I’ve delivered quality work so far even in only 1 day work (no back-end yet done), been patient, and tried to accommodate within reason, but unfortunately the collaboration became unsustainable.
