Additional Information: I bought 5 steam accounts and i have to invest again since it's not specified and in add i have to invest 100$ for "activation fee" and the seller don't answer since 11 hours and he is online

use dichvu proxys for hitting, they arent bad and are WAYYYYY cheaper, just dont use their client and dm me if you need help with buying, chosing which proxy, etc. @adamlanz4 (not afi with dichvu)

they are indeed residential, they also provide non residential. Find one that is communications/internet like frontier internet/communications. You just need to look.
