I bought this following guide from Spoofless for $405 BTC. The guide is stating on how to “load”Paypal accounts full of money. The definition of load is to put a large amount of something in or on anything. What I received without going into detail or leaking is a guide on how to make a PayPal account and his “method” of loading was to go scam people on marketplace which is not “load”. His method on making the account/scamming is also flawed as Paypal can do KYC anytime. I am seeking partial refund because he listed exact tools used to make a clean Paypal account but I was not seeking that. Imaging someone saying “I’ll tell you how to load one million dollars into a PayPal account” and than they say the way to do is by “selling something fake worth a million dollars to someone online marketplace” and give you some garbage that you already know. He as well stated cash out is possible within 48 hours which is not if you follow his method. As well as stating $30 investment optional, which is not optional if you were to follow his guide you need it. You actually end up losing by money in fees trying to get the accounts verified and aged.
I can provide more proof to admins.

You NEED to do transactions in order to do your method. Also I will mention you would need more than $50 that was recommend by you because on your transfer those funds go on “hold” for 21 days. It is not that I don’t like the method, the method is FLAWED/NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. PayPal aging and farming part is not a bonus it is majority of the method hence you can’t load/do anything on PayPal without doing that with YOUR METHOD! Are you retarded?!?
1)Your method to “load” accounts was a simple go scam people on FB Marketplace and Reddit with G&S while the other PORTION of your method focus on PayPal account creation/aging-I would not pay $405 to learn what Proxy/SMS/Antidetect you use to age PayPal accounts because majority of it is COMMON KNOWLEDGE.
3) I paid for a method that I thought that was going to be focused on loading PP with fraudulent funds instead I received a method where the funds are “loaded” by scamming people online. I say yet again your method is on how to make and age PayPal seller accounts to cash out! Sure you can find everything if you look enough but how to seller verified is told you by Paypal themselves and everyone knows where to get “private” providers for proxy’s and SMS verification.
4)INVESTMENT is NOT OPTIONAL. You NEED to invest in order to do your method. How else would you be able to “load” a PayPal using this method? There are other way to load that do not involve having to make aged/seller accounts because it does not involve scamming.
5) It does not work hence your customer that is having problems because he keeps getting flagged and KYC by PayPal following your guide to which you replied with do it again and age for 2 months now with better proxy. Your method is not even 30% guaranteed because PayPal can KYC anytime even at first withdrawal.
6) SMALL investment is NOT enough, can you please reply with the amount that is deducted for fees with the recommend amount of transactions you recommended to do per account? According to my results you need minimum of $45 to age 1 PayPal and that is waiting full 21 days for each transaction for the 21 day hold to clear which could take years if you did with that small investment only. That’s not INCLUDING your “private providers” for proxy’s/sms service which ads even more of a “small” investment
7)I have account to load but you can’t do it with your “load method” because it triggers PayPal. Other people are able to load my account without causing a trigger…YOUR GUIDE/METHOD IS HOW TO CREATE AGED/SELLER PAYPAL ACCOUNTS TO CASHOUT G&S

It is not that I don’t like the method, the method is FLAWED/NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. PayPal aging and farming part is not a bonus it is majority of the method hence you can’t load/do anything on PayPal without doing that with YOUR METHOD! Are you retarded?!?
1)Your method to “load” accounts was a simple go scam people on FB Marketplace and Reddit with G&S while the other PORTION of your method focus on PayPal account creation/aging-I would not pay $405 to learn what Proxy/SMS/Antidetect you use to age PayPal accounts because majority of it is COMMON KNOWLEDGE.
3) I paid for a method that I thought that was going to be focused on loading PP with fraudulent funds instead I received a method where the funds are “loaded” by scamming people online. I say yet again your method is on how to make and age PayPal seller accounts to cash out! Sure you can find everything if you look enough but how to seller verified is told you by Paypal themselves and everyone knows where to get “private” providers for proxy’s and SMS verification.
4)INVESTMENT is NOT OPTIONAL. You NEED to invest in order to do your method. How else would you be able to “load” a PayPal using this method? There are other way to load that do not involve having to make aged/seller accounts because it does not involve scamming.
5) It does not work hence your customer that is having problems because he keeps getting flagged and KYC by PayPal following your guide to which you replied with do it again and age for 2 months now with better proxy. Your method is not even 30% guaranteed because PayPal can KYC anytime even at first withdrawal.
6) SMALL investment is NOT enough, can you please reply with the amount that is deducted for fees with the recommend amount of transactions you recommended to do per account? According to my results you need minimum of $45 to age 1 PayPal and that is waiting full 21 days for each transaction for the 21 day hold to clear which could take years if you did with that small investment only. That’s not INCLUDING your “private providers” for proxy’s/sms service which ads even more of a “small” investment
7)I have account to load but you can’t do it with your “load method” because it triggers PayPal. Other people are able to load my account without causing a trigger…YOUR GUIDE/METHOD IS HOW TO CREATE AGED/SELLER PAYPAL ACCOUNTS TO CASHOUT G&S
8)I still want $300 partial refund due to this method being flawed/inaccurate/falsely advertised. Please have your buyers post here if the method worked for them with proof if that is the case.
