He asked an "exchanger" to send the funds to the wise to complete the deposit requirement. After waiting day, he is still unable to get the deposit done and I have requested a full refund. Once received he will receive the account details and can change them back to his own. Please allow them 24 hours to send their refunds as his partner has half the funds.
