Additional Information:

I purchased a UK Wise Personal account thinking everything would be verified and setup, ready to use. Once I received the account I saw the deposit was not completed, so the account could not be used (wasn't fully verified). I tried paying the deposit but it did not allow me to do so, kept declining. I told them nothing was working and then they started saying it always works for them, they didn't guarantee deposit, etc. If the account was good then there would be no issues.

He also DID NOT state that the account would not have the deposit done, nor does he state anywhere else.

I've purchased wise accounts before and the seller has ALWAYS paid the deposit BEFORE, ensuring that it works as advertised. I even offered to pay them the amount to deposit since it wasn't working for me, but they still declined. Also asked them to take the account back and sell it to someone else and give me a refund since in their words "account is fully verified" but they still wouldn't accept, go figure.

Now that I looked a little more at his thread, this guy has NO idea what he is selling, just hiring others and reselling their accounts.

You messaged me about verified wise, that's what I delivered, you did not ask if we do $20 deposit anywhere. You only asked for a verified UK wise and that's what we delivered, what you do with it afterwards we do not care.

your argument doesn't really work because the account is NOT fully verified. I don't need to ASK because its PART of the verification and registration of the account. you CANNOT create any currency accounts or open any deposit accounts UNTIL that part is completed, so the account is fully useless to anyone who buys it. the account i have is utterly useless and just serves to benefit you because you don't actually care what happens after you get your money lol.

Screenshot says the account is verified, end of the story. WE did not mention we would do 20$ deposit nor you asked beforehand

It seems that you are only playing on semantics, not really selling any real product or proving any point.

At the end of the day the account is useless, and your service is complete trash. will wait for admin to decide.

Don't even try to manipulate. It is NOT a part of verification. It is verified. Many many open-up sellers and buyers KNOW that if depo is NOT requested before the order. Account will come FULLY verified by documents and other things, it is up to customer what he will do with the account, deposit or not deposit, up to customer. Account is totally verified from our site and delivered to you. It is your fault that you can't link your CC and make a deposit. Otherwise it would be really retarded that you think someone is selling Wise for 80$ with the 20$ depo?

@netcat You cannot sell an account without the $20 deposit. You can either do the $20 deposit or refund him and he will give the account back. Do so within 24 hours.
