You're totally wrong, I'm alone to doing upgrades/fixes and i have a lot of customers.
i tried my best to doing upgrades in a lest time.
i'm the seller not reseller, everyone know it, it's not my problem if another one using same method, no one can keep method in pocket.
For the last part: you can read TOS before buying anything then leave the feedback, the seller is allowed to not give something else if it's not in terms of service.
you know what's the restock?

I finished your upgrade yesterday and asked you to send downgrades but you didn't respond, You can't ask for a refund because you accepted TOS in Sellpass & Telegram.
