Additional Information: Bought Xbox Game Pass for 12months, got 1 month since than ive been waiting and keep asking for a renew for almost 2 months, after few times ive been told to open a new ticket with the proff of payment thati already did several times but it keep get deleted, no answer in discord, no answer in telegram, First replacement took weeks and as promised afterwards that he will take care of it but no luck.,Tried to contact him but ticket got randomly closed,
