Additional Information:okay so this guy has a store where he sells open ups I bought one bunq it would have an nl iban he claims he will deliver it within 48 hours at first he says its weekend so I will have to wait 48 after the weekend than he keeps moving the date and now we are 5 days later I bought it at the weekend of last week I asked him If I do not have the account by today midnight will you give me my money back he says yes now I ask him for my money back and he refuses he clearly advertises 48h delivery this is not the case he just has a bad service or he is scamming me eitherway I want my fucking money back and I do not reccomend to use anyone that does not follow their word
