Additional Information: We exchanged before and he was just taking a total %5 fee I already was paying for Paypal fees around 2-3$ and after that, there was a total %5 cut but when I exchanged this time he cut 10$ more. When I asked for my 10$ he talked bs things like there was conversion rate, you have a crypto fee... etc but I already paid all fees of Paypal and the coin that I should receive is LTC, LTC network doesn't cut too much not even 1$ I just want to get back my 10$.
