Paid, and @wings never shipped. 
Since @wings deleted my message requesting that he urgently check the ticket in the 'vouches' channel (https://imgur.com/a/lsUgfPE), I can only assume he is intentionally ignoring me. As a result, I am proceeding with this scam report.
