Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 1x Express VPN Key ($5) Scammed me

Additional Information: on 16th August i bought 1x Express VPN key from him it was written its 25 days warranty and he will replace if product is bad. on 18th August i told him product is bad. he said he will replace it i have to wait . Then he keep the wait from few hours then he further delayed upto monday and when monday came he said i should go write ticket he will not reply me anymore. How sad is that $5 shit and he not want to clear his clients really? i wonder how he got 3 Tags as 1Godlike, 2Contributor in forum despite i see his communication that he keep delaying and not replacing the product. I want strict and honest action please.

How sad is that he ripped $5 and he said to me do whatever i can really? I only wanted the product i paid for not the refund but if he keep delaying replacement as he has done from 5 days then he definately have to refund.
