The customer refuses to provide only their account password and states that they can request a 72-hour period.
 
They did not return my account. I want my account back because I made a refund. You can check the Txid.
 
They can return the account immediately.

I want my account back, but they are refusing. They claim he is not at home, etc. They are lying. They removed his reputation. This shows he is online.

He also says he will wait 72 hours to hand over the account. There is no reason for this. 

When there was a dispute, I requested this period because the program could have been fixed during that time. It wasn't fixed, and I returned it.

I demand the account I gave them back. 

And when I ask for the account back, they say they will request the account be banned. This is not fair. 

You can look at the evidence. All they have to do is give my account back to me.
 If they're not returning it, why did I issue a refund?
 
This is not fair at all. The customer is toxic.
 
Also, if the platform hands over the account to me in a prohibited manner, I demand the full amount I refunded back, since I gave it to them without any access issues.
