Additional Information: I asked him for a Czech Revolut account, and he told me it would take a maximum of 2–24 hours.
After 72 hours had passed, he kept giving me stupid excuses.
In the end, I asked for a refund, and he told me he would do it once he got home so he could access his wallet.
After that, he completely ignored me.
