Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 75euro + 500euro?

Additional Information: I paid for ftids via insider 75euro each , the 2 of them were delivered the third one never it never got delivered. I am messaging him for so 3 days and he still ignores me. I also bought his mentorship where it was suppose to help me with all of my questions and that he provides 24/7 support but that's impossible cause he never responds to my messages. I didn't want to open a scam report but this must be the only way for him to answer me.
