Additional Information: he messaged me with his discord. Upon contacting and asking the proof he asked whats the payment method and he called and i spoke with him after i paid 10$ to him via paypal he dint reply to me again.

Are you stupid? Or a brain problem? I didn't even make a deal with you. Did I scammer because I didn't answer you? Am I supposed to make a written statement that I don't want to make a deal with you? I didn't take any money from you because I don't use PayPal. Find another man to slander. If I've received payments from you, you don't even have proof of payment.
